Oven 350-400 degrees. Heat for 30-45 minutes covered. Remove lid and melt cheese on top to your liking (approximately 15 minutes). Add extra 30 minutes for Large.

You can keep food hot by turning oven down to 150 degrees and keep pan covered in oven. After heating up you can transfer to a chafing dish.
